QUALITY MEANS LIFE

Our goods must arrive at the right time, to the right place, in the desired quantity and, above all, with the required quality. To guarantee said quality, this characteristic has to measured: this includes the first piece release, the scrap resulting from the sorting activity and the number of complaints. Thanks to qualified and motivated personnel, state-of-the-art machinery/equipment and standardized procedures through testing and work instructions, we can guarantee maximum quality – signed by the certificates we have been able to obtain (ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 / 26000 & IATF 16949).

QUALITY TESTS

An extensively equipped in-house testing laboratory, accredited according to norm EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 and supervised by qualified personnel plays a decisive role in quality assurance of our products. In order to meet the customer requirements, we have several climate chambers and high-precision measuring instruments. This allows us to carry out realistic simulations of the original assembly and vehicle operating conditions and to test our products at extreme temperatures (from -70°C to over 180°C).
