Our production has a highly modern and efficient machine park, which enables us to guarantee exceptional quality and ensure process reliability.

In all work processes, from manufacturing to assembly and shipping, we place particular emphasis on a seamless value chain. The focus here is on energy efficiency and sustainable use of the resources available to us.

PLASTIC PRODUCTION

Every year, we process more than 1.3 thousand tons of thermoplastic material using injection molding. Our production facilities include central material preparation and feeding as well as highly automated machinery with a clamping force of up to 500 tons. This enables us to produce molded parts with the highest precision for a wide range of applications.

We rely on a variety of technologies, including the overmolding of metal parts or the production of multi-component parts. Using innovative water injection technology, we even manage to produce plastic parts with metal-like properties.

Stanztechnik

STAMPING TECHNOLOGY

Battery terminals and cable lugs are stamped by state-of-the-art presses at Intercable Tec - this allows us to save material and resources and to produce parts with lower weight. It also allows us to produce a wide variety of types and variants of battery terminals for all automotive manufacturers.

Our cable lugs are also manufactured using this technology.

Montage

ASSEMBLY TECHNOLOGY

After production, our battery terminals are galvanized, assembled, tested, measured and then even packaged by fully automated machines. Our cable lugs are also assembled - i.e. the nuts and poles are pressed in so that they can later be mounted on the customer's equipment. All in all, we supply the cable harness manufacturer with everything he needs.
